How to Reserve the Space

Reserving the community room is easy! Simply contact our West Carmel branch directly to check availability and secure your booking. We do require a $250 refundable damage deposit, but that’s just to ensure that everyone can enjoy the space in top condition.

To make sure you get the date and time you want, we recommend booking at least a month in advance. And don’t worry—we’ll provide all the details you need to make your event a success, including specific guidelines to help you keep the space clean and welcoming for the next group.
